We called JBM Plumbing for an emergency leak late in the evening. Our second floor bathroom had flooded and water was spilling down through the ceiling and out the light fixtures on the first floor. Obviously we were dealing with a stressful situation; Blaine was calm and prepared to help minimize damage by assisting over the phone until he could arrive. Blaine was flexible with his time, accommodating, friendly and thorough. So thankful for that!  He worked with us to provide the best solution for our leak. Blaine came to provide the free quote. He helped me troubleshoot the water leak. I was really impressed with his assessment of the situation. He first isolated the issue by turning off the sprinkler and seeing if the water meter is still moving. It still does. So then he isolated the line between the house and the main water line. We narrowed it down to the bathroom toilets that were the culprit. Thank you so much, Blaine, for your time and your effort to help me understand my options. JBM did grab bars for our home making it possible for us oldies to continue living in our split level home. At the same time, Blain installed a new toilet and corrected all the old plumbing which had failed. While doing this he installed a stairlift enabling my husband to get upstairs to our bedroom. JBM also corrected the plumbing in my kitchen sink also replacing the garbage disposal. Blain did all the work and costs as he went. We both are very pleases with the completed project. Blaine with JBM Plumbing & Mechanical recently replaced our water service from the water meter to our home which had a substantial leak.  Along with being professional and easy to communicate with, he was on time with this project and there were no additional costs from his estimate that he provided for the work.
